Pre-Sales Assistance

Our long experience in the pharmaceutical and machinery world makes Brevetti Angela particularly careful about all the steps and paperworks needed in the development of a project. For this reason, our Sales staff is happy to help guide the path of first-time customers, yet at the same time can competently follow composite projects from companies with a specific plan. Overall, we address the key points with the customer and we expertly provide all necessary documents and information.

Brevetti Angela provides a dedicated training to any staff, being it inexperienced new users of a BFS machine or skilled operators who are looking for an update. Training is usually done during FAT or installations, but can also be arranged upon request if needed.

All documents provided with the machine (layouts, drawings, manuals) are easy to read and navigate, and can be supplied in any chosen language along with the standard English version.

After-Sales Service

SYFPAC® machines have a standard warranty period of 1 year, and are usually shipped together with a standard set of spare parts to cover the first 2 years of use.  

We guarantee availability of spare parts for at least 10 years from purchase and we are proud to be able to send out any part from our warehouse in the shortest time, often within one day from the request. All requests for spare parts are received by our internal staff and are managed from our headquarters in Arzignano.  

Remote assistance can also be provided from our headquarters, for an immediate and secure intervention in any part of the world.  

The maintenance of the machines is condition-based: anomalies, decreasing performances and upcoming failures are easily predicted and avoided before any need for intervention.  

Brevetti Angela’s dedication to a continuous upgrade also means that we are always willing to upgrade any outdated part of an old machine, and to provide a total overhauling of an old or worn-out mould.

Our Technical Team

All our engineers are trained at our headquarters by our senior staff and they keep a close collaboration with the sales and technical departments. All the staff at Brevetti Angela is particularly loyal and we are happy to have been working with the same technical staff for many years: this is why today all our interventions are done by extremely skilled personnel, who know every detail of the machines and can clearly communicate in English with any customer around the world.

Brevetti Angela also cooperates with local engineers in some selected parts of the world: this way we can provide the same professional service in a shorter time.
